Ferenc Tamás Schmél began their work experience in 2002 at Citibank Hungary, where they worked as a Call Center Supervisor and later as a Liability Product Manager. In 2005, they joined CIB Bank Ltd. as the Consumer Liability Product Manager and later became the Deputy Branch Manager, managing the second largest branch and achieving top sales performance. Ferenc Tamás also served as a Sales Support Manager and Project and Program Manager, overseeing various business projects and implementing product simplification strategies. In 2014, Schmél joined CIB Bank as the Head of Affluent and Private Banking Segment Management and later took on the role of Head of Wealth Management, leading affluent, private banking, and insurance broker activities. Ferenc Tamás is currently the Head of Network Management, responsible for the branch network, 3rd party cooperation, and insurance business.
Ferenc Tamás Schmél completed their high school education at the Mechanical Engineering Secondary School from 1991 to 1996 with a degree in Car mechanic technician. Ferenc Tamás then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the Budapest Business School: College of Commerce, Catering, and Tourism, graduating in 2002. Later in 2013, they attended the Central European University for the Advanced Management Program.
