Zsolt Dunai has a strong background in digital marketing and customer experience. Zsolt served as the Head of Digital Marketing and Customer Experience at CIB Bank, where they developed and implemented online sales strategies using various platforms such as Google, Facebook, and programmatic advertising. Zsolt also had budgetary responsibility for online marketing. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of E-business at Magyar Cetelem Bank, where they oversaw the bank's digital operations. Zsolt also has experience in the insurance industry, having worked as the Managing Director at CIB Insurance Broker Ltd. and as the Country Manager and Managing Director at Allianz Direct. In these roles, they were responsible for setting up and leading e-commerce channels for insurance sales. Before entering the financial sector, Zsolt gained experience at Allianz Hungaria Zrt. as the Head of Sales analysts and project manager, and at Pannon GSM as a trainee.
Zsolt Dunai pursued postgraduate studies in economics at Corvinus University of Budapest from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree in Telecom and Telamatics at Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 1997 to 2002. In 2000, they briefly attended the University of Oulu. Zsolt Dunai also holds a certification as a Google AdWords Certified Partner.
