Amy Lochmoeller

Amy Lochmoeller, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational performance, currently serving as the Head of Organizational Performance & Talent Management at CIBA Insurance Services since February 2006. Prior roles at CIBA include Human Resources Manager and Executive Assistant, alongside responsibilities as Surplus Lines Filing Supervisor. Previous positions include Project Coordinator at J-Netics Fitness, Inc., Executive Assistant at Braude Management, Inc. and Universal Music Publishing Group, and Creative Assistant at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Amy holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business and Marketing from Belmont University.
