Shirak Avakian is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and architecture across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Software Development at CIBA Insurance Services since May 2019, Shirak has successfully created strategic technology roadmaps, identified and resolved legacy application issues, and trained new development staff. Previous roles include Director of Software Development at CarsGoat and QBI, LLC., where Shirak built and mentored teams while implementing innovative solutions.
