Aavaiz Raza

Aavaiz Raza is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Specialist at CIBC Mellon since January 2022, while also working as a Project Manager and Consultant at Paragon Consulting since April 2021. In addition, Aavaiz co-founded Alphastart in March 2021 and holds the position of People, Strategy & Operations Manager at Max Up since May 2020. Aavaiz also contributes as an Impact Scholar at the Global Governance Initiative and as Director of Marketing for the Coronavirus Visualization Team, focusing on the Covid Depression Project. Leadership roles include Founding Member and President of Cases over Coffee UTM and Director of Partnerships for the Young Turks Business Challenge 2021. Aavaiz’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and a High School Diploma from Applewood Heights Secondary School.
