Conor Houlihan has a diverse range of work experience. Conor started their career at Direct Energy in 2006 as part of the Web Migration Team. Conor then worked as an Events Coordinator/Marketing Assistant at Unionville Business Improvement Area from 2006 to 2008. Conor then joined Blessington Love Public Relations as a Public Relations Assistant for a short duration in 2008.

In the same year, they also became the Director of Member Services & Communications at the International Customer Service Association - Toronto Chapter. In this role, Conor planned and executed various projects, including public training sessions, association memberships, major events, and marketing initiatives.

In their latest role as the Director of Corporate Communications, Conor managed employee communications, client messaging, and created compelling marketing content.
