Erin Costante

Erin Costante, CHRL, CMP (Prosci) has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Erin started their career at RK Canada Inc., a recruitment firm where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant, matching qualified individuals with permanent placement opportunities. Erin then moved on to SQL Power Group Inc. where they worked as a Human Resources (contract) professional, specializing in Business Intelligence and XBRL-based implementations. Following this, Erin joined Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services as a Senior Human Resources Consultant, where they provided HR expertise and support. Currently, Erin is employed at CIBC Mellon as the Director of HR Relationship Management. Erin previously held the position of Human Resources Relationship Manager at the same organization. Overall, Erin's work experience spans across recruitment, HR consulting, and HR relationship management roles.

Erin Costante, CHRL, CMP (Prosci), holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. In 2014, they obtained their certification as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA). Additionally, they have acquired additional certifications, including Workplace Investigations Certification from HRPA in 2022 and Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in 2020. Erin also holds the CHRL certification from HRPA.
