Riad Mawlawi

Riad Mawlawi is a financial professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and fund accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst and Senior Fund Accountant at CIBC Mellon since October 2019, Riad is responsible for reviewing and reconciling daily transactions for mutual funds, analyzing cash flow activities, and investigating discrepancies. Prior to this role, Riad worked as a Fund Accountant, managing capital stock transactions and cash deposits. Between September 2017 and April 2018, Riad served as an Interactive Teacher/Course Mentor at Carleton University, where responsibilities included planning and presenting the 'Organizational Behaviour' course. Riad holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Accounting from Carleton University and an American High School Diploma from the American International School in Abu Dhabi.
