Alberto Rodriguez

Alberto Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management, optimization, and operational excellence. Currently serving as Director of Workforce Management & Optimization at CIBC since March 2016, Alberto has also held roles including Director of Change & Process Management and Senior Consultant for Lean & Operational Excellence within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions such as Operations Manager and Business System Manager at Crane Payment Innovations, and President of the Latin American Business Association. Alberto's career began at Nemak, where responsibilities included Industrial Engineering Manager. Alberto holds an International MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
