Alex Romanowski is a Director with CIBC’s Innovation Banking team, specializing in venture debt and growth capital. Previously, Alex worked as a Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking, in addition to roles in diversified lending and innovation banking. With a strong track record in financial statement analysis, structuring, business development, and sales, Alex has also served as a Teaching Assistant at Dalhousie University while earning an MBA there. Alex holds an Honours BA in Psychology and Business from the University of Waterloo.
