Allison F. is a trusted communications leader focused on driving growth, building high-performance cultures, and protecting organizational reputation. They currently serve as the Senior Director of Corporate Communications at CIBC, having previously held the position of Head of Communications, Social & Brand - Canada at IBM from 2022 to 2025. Their extensive experience includes roles at Rogers Communications, where they managed multiple communications strategies, and they also contributed to media relations at Butterfield & Robinson and served as a Senior Consultant at FleishmanHillard. Allison is pursuing a Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College and has completed studies in Organizational Behaviour at the University of Toronto. They are also working toward an Honours BA in Sociology & Business from the University of Waterloo.
