Andrea Nalyzyty

Andrea Nalyzyty is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at CIBC since 2000. Currently serving as SVP, Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer, and Global Regulatory Affairs, Nalyzyty has held multiple senior positions including VP and Associate General Counsel for Governance and Government Relations. Prior to CIBC, Nalyzyty worked at TD from 1994 to 2000 as Counsel and then Assistant General Counsel. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from the same institution, alongside previous studies at Concordia University and Marianopolis College.
