Currently, Bobby serves as the Senior Director of Transformation & Delivery for Core Commercial Banking Products at CIBC, where they lead transformation initiatives and drive delivery. Bobby has held various strategic roles at CIBC, including Senior Director of Strategy, Solutions, and Shared Services, as well as in enterprise application security and payments innovation.
