Brett Dunk

Brett Dunk serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at CIBC since October 2012, encompassing roles such as Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development. In addition, Brett is a Board Member at StoneCastle Partners and a Board Observer at Pollinate and Dynamics Inc. Previous board memberships include Magris Resources Canada Inc. from January 2020 to January 2021 and StoneCastle Partners from June 2012 to October 2018. Prior to CIBC, Brett held the position of Managing Director in Strategic Merchant Banking at CIBC Capital Markets and served as Vice President in Investment Banking at Citi. Brett's early career includes roles such as Summer Associate at Salomon Brothers Inc. and Sales Engineer at PPG Chemfil Corp. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University.
