Connie Landry

Connie Landry has extensive experience at CIBC since September 2003, serving in various senior roles including Senior Director of Workday Solution and Senior Director of HR Portfolio Management and Implementation. Connie played a pivotal role in implementing Workday as a global HR platform, overseeing the deployment of numerous HCM functions. Responsibilities included project leadership, strategic direction, change management, and stakeholder engagement for enterprise-wide HR programs. Connie also led integration planning for cross-functional initiatives, managed executive committees, and has been recognized for leadership skills with the Inclusive and Consultative Leader Award in 2015. Prior experience includes roles at RMH International as Regional Recruitment Manager, with a focus on recruiting and operational efficiency. Connie holds a BA in Sociology from McMaster University and a Human Resources Management certificate from Mohawk College.
