Danielle Roniotis

Danielle Roniotis, MBA, is currently the Director of Strategic Workforce Transformation at CIBC, where they focus on creatively solving business challenges to yield long-term financial benefits. They have held various roles at CIBC, including Senior Consultant in Enterprise Real Estate and Coordinator in Corporate Real Estate. Danielle previously served as a Sales Associate at Baker Real Estate and as a Project Manager for the Ryerson Commerce Society. They are actively pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Ivey Business School at Western University, complementing their Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University, where they specialized in Marketing Management.
