Deepesh Sati

Deepesh Sati is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in strategic growth and operational efficiency within the banking sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Growth Initiatives at CIBC since January 2014, Deepesh manages a multiyear, multibillion-dollar portfolio, overseeing various functional groups including Finance, Marketing, and HR. Prior to this role, Deepesh held several leadership positions within CIBC, including Director of Enterprise Cost Transformation, where initiatives led to over $180 million in sustained savings, and Director of Client Strategy, instrumental in generating $100 million in incremental revenue. Deepesh's earlier career included roles at Citigroup, focusing on customer experience and high-risk account management, as well as experience at Cognizant and Tata Consultancy Services in IT strategy and business development. Deepesh holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from Indiana University and a B.Tech in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
