Iain Gallagher is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Mid-Market Investment Banking at CIBC since July 2015, Iain leads a successful team specializing in mergers and acquisitions for private companies in Canada, helping clients with business sales, acquisitions, equity capital raising, and debt financing. Prior to CIBC, Iain held the position of Vice President in Corporate Finance at KPMG Canada from December 2011 to June 2015, where a range of transaction advisory services was provided. Earlier in career, Iain worked as a Corporate Finance Executive at Davy from October 2006 to October 2011, advising various entities in Ireland. Iain holds an MBA from the Michael Smurfit Business School, UCD.
