Iman Sasradipoera, BSBA, MBA, has extensive experience in the financial sector, particularly in mortgage securitization and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Analytics and Fulfillment at CIBC since January 2006, Iman has excelled in maintaining strong customer relations with business partners and effectively resolving issues through analytical skills and product knowledge. Prior roles at CIBC included Analyst, Quality Assurance, and various mortgage processing positions, where responsibilities encompassed data management, quality audits, and client support. Prior to CIBC, Iman worked in sales support and quality management auditing at DSM, gaining valuable experience in customer service, order processing, and compliance with ISO standards. Iman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an MBA from Universitas Tarumanagara.
