Kimberly Mitchell

Kimberly Mitchell is an experienced professional in human resources and health and safety, currently serving as a Consultant, Health and Safety - Global Policies and Programs at CIBC since November 2018, after holding the role of Senior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition. Prior to CIBC, Kimberly worked at Starplex Scientific Inc. and Mediplast from April 2012 to November 2018 as a Human Resources Generalist, overseeing various HR functions including training, employee relations, and policy development. Kimberly also held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Personnel Opportunities Ltd. and began a career at CIBC as a Customer Service Representative from April 2005 to June 2011. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours degree in Public Policy and Management, along with certificates in Management and Human Resources Management from York University, and a Diploma in General Arts and Science from George Brown College.
