Andreas Bay Rasmussen currently holds the position of VP and Head of Integration Performance Management at Novonesis since January 2024. Prior to this role, Andreas spent over a decade at Chr. Hansen, where responsibilities included leading the Commercial Finance organization supporting an EURm 800 business, driving financial strategy, and overseeing various financial functions as VP and Head of Business Finance, and other senior finance positions. Andreas has also served as External Lecturer in Financial Intelligence at Copenhagen Business School, Commercial Finance Lead at Dell for Norway and Denmark, and held multiple finance roles at CA Software A/S and KPMG. Educational qualifications include two degrees from Copenhagen Business School, in Accounting and Economics and Accounting and Business Administration, along with a mathematics-focused secondary education.
