Megan Jones

Megan Jones is an experienced executive in the financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President of Card Product Development and Benefits Strategy at CIBC since July 2021. Prior to this role, Megan held the position of Vice President of Financial Products and Services at Canadian Tire Financial Services, where responsibility included product development and management with a focus on P&L accountability. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at TD as Vice President and Head of MBNA Canada, overseeing co-branded credit card programs, as well as roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and American Express, where Megan managed significant credit card operations and strategic planning initiatives. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Laurentian University, along with additional management and diversity certifications from Thunderbird School of Global Management and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
