Melanie Au is a seasoned digital transformation executive and board director with nearly two decades of experience in leading high-performance teams. Known for driving transformational change and fostering innovation, Melanie has held significant roles at Suncor Energy, including Head of Digital Product Management and Director of Sales & Store Operations. Currently, they serve as Co-Founder of the togetHER network, an inclusive community for Canadian female professionals. Melanie's educational background includes programs at Cornell University and McGill University, alongside an Executive In-Residence Leadership Program from Harvard Business School.
