Mickii Vella

Mickii Vella has extensive experience in operational compliance and business controls, currently serving as Senior Director, Operational Compliance at CIBC since October 2004, with previous roles including Director, Business Controls and various senior consulting positions in third-party governance and AML advisory. Before joining CIBC, Mickii worked as a Senior Development Coordinator at CNIB from June 2003 to October 2004 and held the position of Learning and Skills Executive at SEEDA in 1999-2000. Mickii Vella holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons from Wilfrid Laurier University and has also attended George Brown College.
