Molly Shutt

Molly Shutt is currently the Head of Global Enterprise Data Management at CIBC, where they lead efforts in developing and overseeing complex data strategies across the organization. Previously, they served as Managing Director and Head of Data Management for the US Region at CIBC US, delivering thought leadership in data governance and AI solutions. Molly was a founding member of Chief in Chicago and held various leadership roles, including VP of Finance at LaSalle Bank and VP Finance & Admin at 20/20 Technologies. They are also a board member at Board.org and are pursuing a degree in Accounting and Computer Applications at the University of Notre Dame.
