Nick Mavidis is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as Market Vice-President for Commercial Banking in the Quebec Region at CIBC since July 2019, Mavidis previously held multiple leadership positions at HSBC Bank Canada from October 2011 to July 2019, including Assistant Vice President in Corporate Banking and Team Lead in Commercial Real Estate. Mavidis began the career at HSBC as an Account Manager and also has experience as Senior Manager in Business Development at the Business Development Bank of Canada and as Senior Account Manager at Banque Laurentienne. Mavidis's foundation in finance was established with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University, completed in 2000.
