Riddhi Shah

Riddhi Shah is an experienced UX specialist currently serving as a Sr. UX Specialist at CIBC since August 2022. Prior to this role, Riddhi held several positions at Human Factors International, including Lead UX Designer and Senior UX Designer from January 2015 to August 2021. Additional experience includes a role as Graphic Designer at PING Network from 2012 to March 2013, and serving as a Visiting Lecturer at Rachana Sansad College of Applied Art & Craft from 2008 to 2012. Riddhi also worked as Design Lead at TAG VINNATTI from 2007 to 2010. Riddhi holds a Master’s degree in Interaction Design from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Typography from Rachana Sansad College of Applied Art & Craft.
