Rob Dietz

Rob Dietz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and risk management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations Business Management at CIBC since April 2009, Rob has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Vice President Recovery Operations and Vice President Telephony Strategy and Delivery. Prior to CIBC, Rob worked at Citi Bank from August 2001 to April 2009, progressing through positions such as SVP Strategy and Development and VP Risk Management. Rob's career also includes significant roles at TCFC and Canada Trust, along with early experience at Ford Motor Credit Company. Academically, Rob holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and additional certifications as a Black Belt in Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Fellow of the Credit Institute (FCI).
