Sandra Milner-Docking

Sandra Milner-Docking is the Vice President of Collections Account Management at C.I.B.C, where they are responsible for developing the Collections Strategy for First Party, Third Party Collections, and Digital Collections. Since 2019, they have led day-to-day collections efforts across three centers with over 700 employees. Previously, from 2015 to 2023, they held several leadership roles at C.I.B.C, including Vice President of Enterprise Records Management and various positions within Retail and Mortgage Operations. Sandra attended the University of Toronto for night school courses and completed Grade 12 at Marc Garneau.
