Sarosh Riaz is currently the Director of Data & Reporting at CIBC, where they have worked for over three years, focusing on enhancing the Complaints Management Framework through regulatory reporting and data analytics. With over 10 years of experience bridging business and technology domains, Sarosh previously held roles such as Team Lead in Information Security and Senior Manager in Business Systems Analysis, managing teams and driving process improvements in complex environments. Sarosh earned a BS in Telecommunications from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences and a Post Graduate Certificate in Network and System Security Analysis from George Brown College.
