Sean Bauman

Sean Bauman is the Director of Governance and Controls in US Commercial Banking. They previously served as a Senior Manager of Data Risk Oversight and Operational Risk Management at Discover Financial Services, where they played a key role in implementing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Staff member at Crowe Horwath LLP, managing audit responsibilities for financial institutions. Bauman has also held positions at PwC as an Assurance Senior and is currently pursuing degrees in Accounting and Finance at Iowa State University and a Master's in Accounting at Northern Illinois University.
