Shanika Mayadunne

Shanika Mayadunne is an accomplished IT Project Manager and Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in software testing and project leadership. Currently, Shanika serves as an IT Project Manager at CIBC Capital Markets and as a Technical Program Manager at CIBC, where responsibilities include leading the successful delivery of the Global Mass Payout product, overseeing a cross-functional team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Previous roles at Rogers Communications involved managing teams of Software Test Engineers across various projects, and earlier experience at TELUS Communications included conducting comprehensive testing for mobile applications.
