Tom McLaren

Tom McLaren is currently a Director at CIBC, focusing on environmental and social risks across Europe and Asia. Previously, Tom served as a Senior Risk Analyst at the Bank of England, where they advanced the climate risk agenda through TCFD reporting and greening financial practices. Tom also held roles at KPMG as a Manager in climate risk consulting, and at the PRA as an Analyst in prudential policy. Tom earned a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath and a Distinction in MSc in Central Banking and Financial Regulation from the University of Warwick.
