Troy Smythe

Troy Smythe is an experienced procurement and product management professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Procurement Category Manager at CIBC since August 2012, Troy has held various roles including Senior Product Manager and Client Solutions Specialist, with a focus on client onboarding and product implementation. Prior to CIBC, Troy worked as a Sales Representative at Seton Canada, specializing in safety products, and held management positions at TELUS as a Store Manager and Arvato as a Call Center Supervisor. Educated at Ecole Secondaire Garneau from 1992 to 1998, Troy demonstrates strong capabilities in sales, customer service, and procurement strategy.
