Wendy Rose

Wendy Rose is an accomplished finance and consulting professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Director at CIBC since January 2022, Wendy previously held positions as Vice President and Assistant Vice President at CIT from September 2013 to January 2022. Wendy started the career as a Private Equity Consultant at a Private Equity Company, providing due diligence and investment strategy recommendations, and continued to develop expertise as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, where strategic sourcing strategies were devised for major clients. Earlier experience includes a Management Consultant Intern role at Boehringer Laboratories and a Process Improvement Engineer position at Sea Ray Boats. Wendy holds a Master of Engineering in Operations Research & Information Engineering and an MBA from Cornell University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
