Previously, they held roles at Wolters Kluwer as Digital Marketing Associate Director and Platform Manager, focusing on marketing technology and analytics. Before that, Michael worked at Sitecore as a Platform Product/Marketing Manager and at Hedgehog Development, where they served as Digital Innovation Strategist and Lead Digital Strategist, driving significant growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Scranton.
