Susan McClusky

Susan McClusky is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Compliance Officer AVP at CIBM Bank since October 2014, Susan is responsible for daily BSA reviews and high-risk account monitoring, while also researching the integration of the Yellow Hammer BSA into the bank's framework. Prior to this role, Susan worked as an AML Analyst at FIS and as a Fraud Analyst at Fidelity National Information Services. Additionally, experience includes serving as BSA Coordinator at Marlborough Cooperative Bank, where a comprehensive Bank Secrecy Act program was developed. Earlier in the career, Susan held multiple positions at Commerce Bank & Trust Company, starting as an Assistant Branch Manager and later as a BSA Specialist.
