Gisela Motta

Gisela Motta has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2002, they worked at Neurological Associates as an Administrative Professional/Auditor until 2005. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Team Leader at Hapag Lloyd Flug GmbH, where they were responsible for import/export shipments and provided training to staff. Gisela then joined Recycle Inc east in 2011 as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, handling plant operations and conducting interviews. Gisela also worked as a Sales Professional during this time. In 2019, they became the Human Resources Manager at Everflow Supplies Inc. Gisela demonstrated expertise as a Senior Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Weee! from 2021 to 2022, managing complex employee relations issues and providing guidance to line management. Earlier this year, Gisela served as the RPO & Talent Partnerships Manager at Buyk before becoming the Director of Human Resources at Cibo Vita.

Gisela Motta completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Berkeley College from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Accounting from Kean University from 1994 to 1997. In addition, they obtained a certification in Allied Health and Medical Assisting Services from CDM Institute in 2010. Gisela also completed their high school education at Elizabeth High School from 1991 to 1994, where they focused on Accounting.
