Prior to this, Thomas held significant positions including President of Community and Specialty Hospitals and Lodi Community Hospital, overseeing operational responsibilities for various hospitals and healthcare services. Thomas's previous roles also include Vice President of Clinical Services at Hospital Sisters Health System, where Thomas managed clinical operations for a rural hospital. Educationally, Thomas holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from St. Louis University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lewis University.
