Dolendro Nameirakpam

Dolendro Nameirakpam, PhD has a diverse work experience. Dolendro is currently working as an Associate Director- Cell Biology at Cibus since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Associate Editor at In Vitro Cellular and Developmental Biology-Plant starting from November 2021.

Before joining Cibus, Dr. Nameirakpam worked at Cibus US LLC for a significant period. Dolendro held the position of Group Leader from October 2016 to August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Research Scientist from May 2012 to October 2016.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Nameirakpam served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Central Florida. Dolendro was associated with the university from February 2005 to May 2012.

Before joining the University of Central Florida, Dr. Nameirakpam gained research experience as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) in New Delhi, India. Dolendro worked at ICGEB from October 2002 to January 2005.

Dolendro Nameirakpam earned a PhD in Plant Biotechnology from M.D. University in India, completing their education between 1997 and 2001.
