Etien Cruz Eit

Etien Cruz, EIT, currently serves as a Project Engineer at CIC Construction Group since January 2023. Previously, Etien worked as a Civil Engineer at Bruce Consulting Group from March to December 2022, where responsibilities included implementing quality control metrics for engineering design and organizing project documentation. Experience also includes interning as a Construction Engineer with the US Army Corps of Engineers, where analysis of extensive historical data optimized construction and maintenance project planning. Etien's academic background includes a Master of Engineering in Construction Management and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Leadership roles included serving as Team Captain for the AISC Steel Bridge Team, managing a team to design and construct a steel bridge, as well as contributions as an undergraduate research assistant focused on improving infrastructure inspection processes.
