Hamza M. Malik has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Teaching Assistant and later as a Co-Supervisor at the University of Khartoum, where they coordinated the work of teaching assistants, carried out administrative duties, and assisted in developing lesson plans and learning goals for undergraduate courses.

In 2012, Hamza joined Kenana Engineering and Technical Services Ltd. as a Mechanical Engineer. Hamza prepared reports based on client communications, provided research and technical support on industrial applications, and oversaw the creation of project plans aligned with objectives.

In 2015, Hamza became a Graduate Research Assistant at the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Hamza'sresponsibilities included conducting research and literature reviews on subtractive manufacturing processes, collecting and analyzing relevant data, and assisting faculty with presentations for progress meetings.

In 2018, Hamza worked as a Guest Service Agent at the Boston Park Plaza hotel. Hamza provided guest services, including problem-solving, fulfilling requests, and resolving complaints. Hamza excelled in a fast-paced environment and was recognized for their ability to de-escalate confrontational guest interactions.

From 2019 to 2021, Hamza joined CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) as a Community Associate, Community Specialist, and Community Principal. Hamza also evaluated CRM systems, recommended options to the US Director of Operations, implemented the chosen system, trained staff, and assisted new hires with training on operations and tech systems. Hamza cultivated a strong sense of community, ran engaging community events, and curated and designed community spaces.

Hamza M. Malik completed their undergraduate education at the University of Khartoum from 2005 to 2010. Hamza obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering during this time. Following their undergraduate education, Hamza pursued further academic achievements and received a Graduate Certificate in Manufacturing Systems from the Missouri University of Science and Technology from 2015 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Hamza also obtained a certification as a Certified Instructor from the Canadian Academy for Training & Development in February 2013.
