Izabela Górska

Izabela Górska has a varied work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Izabela'smost recent role is as the Founder and CEO of Dharma P.S.A., a physical space in Warsaw that serves as a coffee shop, event space, and showroom. Dharma also functions as a platform for supporting and accelerating women's potential through collaboration opportunities.

Before founding Dharma, Izabela was a Co-founder and later the Managing Director of CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) Poland from October 2015 to September 2021. CIC provides office management services to startups, allowing them to focus on their core business.

Prior to their time at CIC, Izabela worked as the Manager of Business Link Warszawa from September 2012 to September 2015. In this role, they supported startups by providing them with the best available solutions and tools while connecting them with experienced business leaders.

Earlier in their career, Izabela worked as a Financial Advisor at Expander Advisors from April 2010 to February 2011 and as a Personal Banking Advisor at Lukas Bank S.A. from June 2008 to March 2010.
