Kei Kunihiko Shimizu

Kei Kunihiko Shimizu has extensive work experience in the real estate industry, specifically in tenant representation and office leasing brokerage services.

From 2014 to 2023, Shimizu worked at Savills, starting as an Office Leasing Brokerage Services Associate and progressing to Senior Manager and then Sales Director. Notable achievements include launching the Japan desk, achieving high meeting and sales targets, and securing first place in annual sales in FY2022.

Prior to Savills, Shimizu was employed by Sanko Estate Co., Ltd. In various roles, including Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, and Office Leasing Management, responsible for lease negotiation, advising tenants on office space situations, and developing new accounts.

They also have an IELTS7.0 certification from the British Council obtained in January 2021. In the past, Kei completed the Engage Management and Leadership Program in Korea in March 2019 and the Engage Management and Leadership Program in Japan in February 2017. Additionally, Kei holds a Takken License (Japanese Real Estate Salesperson License) obtained in December 2008.
