Marta Dylewska

Marta Dylewska currently serves as Global Head of Finance (Group CFO) at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) since August 2025. Prior to this, Marta held various roles at Neauvia, including Head of Global Financial Services Center and Global Business Process Lead Finance/Procurement, contributing to ERP and SSC implementation efforts. Marta's extensive experience at Skanska from 1999 to 2022 included serving as Director of Financial Services for Skanska Central Europe, where notable achievements included the implementation of a Shared Service Center across Central and Eastern Europe, leading business process improvements, and participating in strategic projects related to acquisitions and restructures. Marta also contributed significantly to M&A activities, particularly in the acquisition of Exbud, and streamlined finance operations throughout the organization. Earlier career milestones include impactful positions at Hogart Business Applications, Cargill, and Mondelēz International, coupled with a Master’s degree in Finance and Statistics from the Warsaw School of Economics.
