Pawel Szydlowski

Pawel Szydlowski, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Accounting and Director of Finance for Poland at Cambridge Innovation Center since May 2024. Previously, Pawel held the position of Head of Finance at Everli from December 2019 to May 2024. From January 2012 to December 2019, Pawel was the Finance Director at MCC Label, where significant developments transformed the family business into a subsidiary of a NASDAQ-listed entity. Pawel's early career included serving as CFO at YORK PL and as a Team Leader at the Carlsberg Group, managing critical projects and team development. Pawel began professional experience at Ernst & Young, advancing from Assistant to Manager over several years, and initially worked at Arthur Andersen before its acquisition by EY. Pawel holds a Master's Degree in International Trade from Poznan University of Economics and Business, earned in 2000.
