Radoslaw Pyrka

Radoslaw Pyrka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2003, they worked as a freelancer, primarily focusing on Java and C++ development. From 2004 to 2005, they were a C++ developer at Chandney Software. In 2006, they joined eo Networks, where they held various positions including Java/J2EE developer, Service Manager, Manager of Application Maintenance Department, and IT Director/Maintenance Director. During their time at eo Networks, they were responsible for managing departments, developing strategies and methodologies, and supervising teams. In 2012, they became the CEO of iTaxi.pl, a startup company. Radoslaw was responsible for creating the company's strategy, managing all departments, and preparing the company for acquisition. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Chief Information Officer and Board Member at ProService Finteco, where they focused on IT strategy, software development, infrastructure management, and digital transformation. In 2019, they joined Crossover for Work as the Senior VP of Engineering, where they contributed to redefining the way people work and managing a globally distributed team. Currently, they are the Global Head of Software at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center).

Radoslaw Pyrka obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. Radoslaw then pursued a postgraduate degree in management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, completing it in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Radoslaw Pyrka has earned several certifications. Radoslaw holds a Mensa High IQ certificate from MENSA Poland, indicating that they are among the top 1% of individuals in the world with the highest IQ. Other certifications include TOGAF 9 Certified from The Open Group (2015), Professional Scrum Master I and Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org (2014), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² (2014), Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (2013), and ITIL v3 Expert from the Office of Government Commerce (2013). Additionally, they have obtained certifications in ITIL v3 Intermediate: Service Operations (2012), Service Transition (2012), Service Design (2012), Service Strategy (2012), and Continual Service Improvement (2011) from the Office of Government Commerce. Radoslaw also holds a Prince 2 Foundation certification from APM Group (2011), an ITIL Foundation certification from the Office of Government Commerce (2011), and a Sun Certified Java Programmer certification from Sun Microsystems (2005).
