Dawn Middleton

Dawn Middleton currently serves as Vice President of Performance Management and Continuous Quality Improvement at CAI, a position held since January 2013, where responsibilities include establishing organizational strategy, fundraising, and providing oversight for initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes and promoting health equity. Prior to this role, Dawn held various positions at CAI, including Director of Performance Management and Continuous Quality Improvement, and Director of the Region II Infertility Prevention Project, focusing on data-driven approaches to enhance public health services. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at the Family Planning Council, Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Albert Einstein Hospital, emphasizing STD-related health services and family planning initiatives. Dawn earned a BS in Health Sciences from the University of Arizona and an AS in Environmental Science from Paul Smith's College.
