Michelle Hyland has extensive work experience in curriculum development and education. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at City Academy, initially as a Math Teacher and Department Head and later as the Head Curriculum Coordinator. In 2008, they joined the Youth Advocacy Training Institute as the Coordinator of Curriculum Development, and later served as the Acting Manager. Since 2009, Michelle has been at CAI (Cicatelli Associates Inc), where they initially held the role of Director, Curriculum Development and is currently serving as the Vice President, Curriculum Development.
Michelle Hyland attended Queen's University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Mathematics and Geography. Michelle later pursued Concurrent Education at Queen's University from 2003 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Education degree with a focus on Intermediate/Senior Math and Geography.
