Perry "Rusty" Chambliss began their work experience in 1988 at Cicatelli Associates Inc., where they held the position of Vice President of Training. Perry "Rusty" was responsible for overseeing and supervising the content and quality of training programs. Perry "Rusty"'sapproach to training and education was recognized nationally and internationally for its dynamic and innovative qualities. In addition to their role in training, Chambliss also provided technical assistance to health and human service agencies and developed curriculum and materials in emerging fields.
Perry "Rusty" Chambliss attended Virginia State University from 1968 to 1972, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
